We had a great December and Christmas! We went to see the Temple Square lights early on. Luckily we went before it really got cold here. It was so fun to watch Griffin's eyes just stare at all of the pretty lights.
I tried to get some fun pictures of him in front of the tree, but this is literally the best I could get. All of the other ones are just Griffey reaching behind him trying to reach it.
Our Christmas Sunday best
We spent Christmas in Modesto this year with Mark's parents. None of our other family members could be there, so it was just us. It was really great to spend quality time with Mark's parents and Griffin got to be the center of attention!
While in CA, Griffin met Santa finally!

Mark's mom kept a lot of his baby clothes, including these pajamas that Mark wore his first Christmas!

The day after Christmas we drove to Roseville to see my sisters' and their families! And we got to meet baby Cruze! Griffey loved spending time with all his cousins
We went to Fairytale Town and then spent time in old Sacremento
After we got back to Modesto, it was time to visit Napa and Mark's paternal grandparents!
Four Generations
I forgot to mention that Griffin got sick the day we flew to California, then it spread to Mark while he was there and I was lucky enough to get sick right after we got home :(
But overall we had a great time! Griffin had a very successful first Christmas, even if he was most interested in the wrapping paper and a giant bag of jelly bellies.
